The Happy Bod Squad is an online coaching program, designed for women who want to transform their body and life in just 90 days. We do this by empowering women to learn the foundations of a happy body, life, and soul through balanced nutrition, moderate exercise, and positive psychology practices developed by some of the greatest coaches in the world.

WHAT DOES THE HAPPY BOD SQUAD INCLUDE?

FITNESS

Each workout is delivered to you via our private fitness app. On here you will be able to watch video examples of how to properly execute each exercise, track your progress, and check in with your coaches. The app will also track your weight, measurements, progress photos, and completed workouts so we can ensure you are getting them done!

NUTRITION

Weight loss is 80% what you eat, and only 20% what you do. Our objective is to make this as easy as possible for you. You plan will include custom macros, instructions on how much to eat daily, what to eat, and how to prepare it. In addition to a meal plan, you will also be given over 60 healthy, delicious, and easy to cook/meal prep recipes so that you can learn how to have variety in your life while still eating healthy.

MINDSET

Every week we have assignments for you to complete on mindset so we can master the foundation of your mindset around your exercise, nutrition, your energy, and life so that you feel extremely confident and powerful. This includes activities such as daily routines, stress and anxiety management, and demystifying all of your most frequently asked questions related to health, fitness, and weight-loss.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Daily accountability from Gen, our coaches, and your fellow women in the program, so that you actually honor the commitments you’ve made to your success (we’ll call you out on your crap when you don’t). 2 coaching sessions per week with Gen and her coaches for trainings, accountability, and working through struggles. With this support system, there is no reason for you NOT to achieve your goals.
