Your fitness assessment questionnaire is inside of your welcome email. Once you submit that form you will receive another email titled, "Welcome to GensGym." This will allow you to download your Gen’s Gym Training App. Be sure to fill out your assessment + set up your app TODAY so we can start working on your program!

"This is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I am so grateful that I went through this experience. If you're new here, jump all in, learn all that you can, take advantage of every moment. You will not regret one single moment.
At first, I was a little nervous that it wouldn’t work for me and it would be a huge waste of time and money. The moment I met my coach all of those fears disappeared.
Gen’s Gym and the HBS are so different from other programs in the best way. I was so nervous to begin but I feel so empowered now. I learned so much and now I am feeling in control of my health for the first time.
The HBS has not only changed me, but my husband and my family and friends. While I lost about 15 pounds and a bunch of inches, the internal changes outweigh the external ones by a bajillion.

"Before Gen’s Gym, I was at the heaviest weight of my life. I felt so sluggish, bloated, unmotivated, and didn’t even recognize myself in the mirror or in pictures. I always described myself as looking and feeling “swollen”.
After submitting my application, both nerves and excitement flooded in. I knew I was about to be extremely busy with my full time teaching job and part time graduate classes. I also knew I wasn’t in the best place financially. However, I weighed out the pros and cons, and realized that it was finally time for me to put my health first. I knew that if I felt better, my whole mindset in life would shift back to a positive one! I was ready for that!!
If I can give any advice- take the jump. The money will be worth it. The time will be worth it. The journey will change you for the better. These girls are the sweetest, most supportive bunch you could dream of.

"What a life changing six months it’s been! I’ll be forever grateful that I found the HBS and decided to take a leap and make an investment in myself and my health.
As cliché as it sounds, if you told me six months ago I’d be down 20 pounds all while continuing to eat my favorite foods and not spending all my free time in the gym, I wouldn’t believe you.
My friends and family have noticed the changes and I’ve rubbed off some of my new habits, knowledge, and routines. I always feel better after I complete a workout and I crave movement in a way I didn’t before. I’ve learned how to fuel my body more sustainably and debunked some beliefs about food that I had ingrained in me.
Joining the Happy Bod Squad has been the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time, and I can’t wait to continue my health journey with the knowledge and confidence that I’ve gained during my time in the program!
